“Bunker“ is a series of drawings documenting the months of hiding in Warsaw after the fall of the 1944 Warsaw Uprising. Henryk Beck (1896, Lviv – 1946, Wrocław) was a doctor and a painter. He left behind over 1,000 drawings (mostly watercolors) that constitute a painted memoir of his life.
